Jackie Long has been talking to people on the sharp end, who could lose their homes as a result of the changes, and we will be discussing the reform with a panel including Big Issue magazine founder John Bird. We look ahead to Prime Minister David Cameron's first European Union summit on Thursday. In the wake of Greece's financial troubles and continued fears of instability in Europe, Germany is leading calls for an amendment to the 2009 Lisbon Treaty to tighten the rules on EU nations' borrowing and to impose tougher budget discipline in future.
